About Me

After receiving a Master's in Statistics from Harvard University, I worked in economic consulting, analyzing data from financial institutions and healthcare companies, before making the jump to the tech world.

As a data scientist at Microsoft, I learned from diverse organizations across many different industries, including Xbox, Skype, Bing, and Office. I was part of one of the first teams in Office to begin A/B testing and using data to drive business decisions.

After Microsoft, I worked at Zenefits, one of the fastest-growing companies in Silicon Valley. I was the first data scientist at the company, hired to help build out a team and establish best data practices. In my first six weeks, I partnered with finance to raise a $500 million Series C round.

In 2016, I moved to New York City to join the data science team at Facebook, working on local products. I helped pick the metrics that determined the team's priorities, worked with engineers to measure success, and performed statistical analyses to better understand how people use Facebook.
